Refund or Replacement & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes after placing them.

Cancellation requests after 5 minutes will not be accepted because preparation already begins.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
✔ Wrong item delivered
✔ Missing item from the order
✔ Order mismatch based on the invoice
Refund is not applicable for:
✘ Incorrect address provided by customer
✘ Late cancellation
✘ Customer does not like the food taste
✘ Food delivered correctly
3. Refund Process

Online payment refunds may take 2–5 working days depending on your bank.

COD orders are eligible only for replacement, not refund.
4. Replacement Policy
If a customer receives the wrong item, a replacement will be sent free of charge or refund will be issued as per customer preference.
