We work with our trusted delivery partner, Foodplazaa Delivery Boy, to ensure that your food reaches you in the quickest and safest way possible. Our delivery team is trained to handle your order with care, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

2. Delivery Coverage Area:

We currently deliver to a radius of 5 – 25 km from our restaurant. If you’re within this area, we’re happy to serve you! We aim to expand our delivery zones soon, so stay tuned.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

On average, orders will be delivered within 30–60 minutes, depending on your location, traffic conditions, and order volume. We always try our best to ensure your meal arrives hot and fresh.

4. Delivery Charges:

Delivery fee is dynamic and depends on:
Customer location (distance-based)
Total item price (order value based)
5. Order Preparation Time:

Once you place your order, we start preparing it immediately! The average preparation time is around 15–20 minutes, depending on the type of order.

Please note that during busy hours, preparation might take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you informed.

Stay updated with your order’s status! Once your food is out for delivery, you’ll receive updates through a call or WhatsApp from our delivery partner. You can also contact the delivery boy directly for any queries about your order’s status.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD):

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Please make sure to have the exact amount ready for a smooth transaction when your order arrives.

8. Delivery Boy Contact:

Our delivery boy will contact you once your order is on the way. He’ll call or message you via WhatsApp to confirm delivery details and estimated time of arrival. In case of any issues, feel free to reach out to him directly.

9. Delivery Hours:

We deliver every day from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, so you can enjoy your favorite food at any time within this window! Orders can be placed up to 30 minutes before closing.

10. Special Delivery Instructions:

We understand that sometimes there are special requests. You can include any special instructions for delivery (e.g., “Leave at door,” “Please call before arriving”) when you place your order. Our team will do their best to accommodate your preferences.
