Refund or Replacement & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes after placing them.

  • Cancellation requests after 5 minutes will not be accepted because preparation already begins.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
✔ Wrong item delivered
✔ Missing item from the order
✔ Order mismatch based on the invoice

Refund is not applicable for:
✘ Incorrect address provided by customer
✘ Late cancellation
✘ Customer does not like the food taste
✘ Food delivered correctly

3. Refund Process

  • Online payment refunds may take 2–5 working days depending on your bank.

  • COD orders are eligible only for replacement, not refund.

4. Replacement Policy

If a customer receives the wrong item, a replacement will be sent free of charge or refund will be issued as per customer preference.
